crafted from high-quality 18/10 stainless steel and fully bonded for exceptional
heat conductivity.
The sides of the poacher features two All-Clad signature
handles, while the handle on the lid is crafted in a whimsical fish shape which
allows for a comfortable grip when removing the lid. Included is a long, narrow,
dishwasher safe, stainless steel poaching rack that sits comfortably in the
poacher and cradles the fish during the cooking process. Not suitable for induction cooking.
