Ordering -
How do I order?
Locate the item you wish to order and click the "BUY NOW" button.   The shopping cart page will appearwith easy-to-follow instructions.  You can also order by calling toll-free 1-800-698-4085.

How do I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order any time prior to shipment, unless it is a custom orrder.  You must notify us immediately, so that we do not ship your item, otherwise, you will be responsible for roundtrip shipping charges. Culinary Kingdom makes every effort to expedite processing your order and, as a result, we are sometimes unable to cancel it.  Custom orders cannot be cancelled, as we have placed them directly with the manufacturers.  

What if the product is out of stock?
If your product is out of stock, we will notify you within 24 hours that the item is currently on backorder and when it should be restocked.

Do you send order confirmations?
We automatically send you an e-mail confirmation of your order.

What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
If you don't receive confirmation of your order within 24 hours, please e-mail us at
customerservice@culinarykingdom.com and we will check our system for your order.   Please provide us with your last name, address, and the order date.

What if I'm having trouble ordering from your site?
Customers sometime experience problems that are related to the security settings on their browser (Netscape, IE, and AOL). Check your browswer "Help" menu for security setttings and set to accept cookies. You can also e-mail us at
customerservice@culinarykingdom.com and we will assist you. You can place your order with our customer service department by  calling toll-free 1-800-698-4085.

I would like to buy something that I cannot find on your site, can you order it for me?
Custom Orders are available for many  items.   We do not stock all items offered by All-Clad, Calphalon, Staub, Kuhn Rikon, Cuisinart, Warng, Waterford, Wedgwood and other manufacturers we deal with..  In some cases that would be practically impossible, however, we will accept orders for products we do not regularly stock.  Some manufacturers will customize the products they offer.  If there is an item you desire that is made by a manufacturer we showcase, call or email to ask about your custom order and get pricing, delivery and availability options.  If there is a kitchen or table related item you seek that is made by a manufacturer we do not show, call anyway and we may be able to help.  All custom orders must be prepaid.  Shipping time for custom orders will vary from item to item and will be specified at the time of the order. 

Shipping and Billing -

How long do deliveries take?
Please expect your order within 5-7 business days for in stock items shipped via Fed Ex Ground. We usually ship from our Southwestern warehouses, so shipping is estimated for the farthest zone.   For Express shipments, please expect your order in one, two or three days, commensurate with the Express service you ordered.  1,2 and 3-Day
Federal Express shipping available for extra cost, depending on delivery zip. For HI and AK, add an extra day.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation of my order?
No, orders usually ship within 24 to 48 hours of payment.

What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is always FREE to the continental or "lower 48" United States via Fed Ex Ground.  Orders over $450 ship FREE to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $450, Hawaii and Alaska residents must email or call for shipping quotes and place orders via the phone.   Hawaii and Alaska shipments usually are shipped by Fed Ex Economy 2-Day Federal Express and typically arrives in 3 business days.  

Will my delivery be insured?
All shipments are fully insured.

What is the shipping to Alaska and Hawaii?
Orders over $450 ship FREE to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $450, Hawaii and Alaska residents must email or call for shipping quotes and place orders via the phone.   Hawaii and Alaska shipments usually are shipped by Fed Ex Economy 2-Day Express and typically arrives in 3 business days.  

Will you ship Priority Mail?
We typically use Fed Ex Ground and Fed Ex Express carrier services.  Please email us or call us Toll-Free 1-800-698-4085, if you have a special situation.

Do you ship to PO or APO Boxes?
 
We do not generally ship to PO or APO Boxes.   Please email or call BEFORE purchasing to make sure the item you want can be shipped to your address.

Do you ship to any countries outside of the U.S.?
 We do not ship most products out of the country or to U.S. Territories.  Please email or call BEFORE purchasing to make sure the item you want can be shipped to your address and what the extra shipping cost may be.

How can I track my order?
Please e-mail our customer service department at
customerservice@culinarykingdom.com to track your order.  Please provide the date of the order, order #, your name, address, phone, email, quantity and item ordered.   

Returns and Refunds -
What is your return/refund policy?
We offer a thirty (30) day moneyback guarantee on any item that has not been used or damaged in any way and that can be sold as new.  Follow  the Return Procedure below.  Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged.  After 30 days, items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.   If you wish to return merchandise we will exchange the product or issue a refund promptly.

How can I return merchandise that is not damaged or defective?
To return these items, simply call us and obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). Pack the unused and undamaged product(s) carefully in the same box and packaging materials  it was shipped to you.  All warranty cards and info must be included.  The item must be shipped insured for the purchase price.  The RA# must appear on the outside of all packages.  Items must be returned within five days of RA approval via USPO, UPS, RPS, Federal Express or any other courier that issues a tracking number.  Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection of the products.  Items found to be in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition will be approved for refund.  Culinary Kingdom will issue a refund for the value of the product only.  We will not refund shipping or any other charges.

I received my order and an item was broken/damaged. What do I do?
If your order arrives damaged, contact us IMMEDIATELY.  You must report any damaged item within three (3) business days.  We will notify Fed Ex and set up a damage call tag to pick up the damaged item. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for an item to be picked up. It is VITAL that you retain all original boxes,  packaging and packing materials (including corrugated cardboard separators, styrofoam peanuts and/or bubble wrap) to expedite and insure your replacement or refund of that item.  We will replace or refund the item at our option.  Any deviation from this procedure may void your insurance protection on the item.

How long does it take for a refund?
After your merchandise has been received in our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to your credit card account within 10 business days. The refund may not show up on your credit card billing statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
 

Gifts -
Do you gift wrap?
Some items are available for gift wrapping for an extra charge.

Can I send a gift to an address other than my billing address?
All credit card orders must be shipped to the card billing address.  You may mail an order in if you wish to send it to a different address from your billing address.

Do you send a receipt when merchandise is sent as a gift?
We can leave it out upon your request.

Do you include gift cards/messages?
Yes, we will send gift cards upon your request.

Do you sell gift certificates?
Not at this time.
