Culinary Kingdom features world class names such as All-Clad, Calphalon, Staub, Kuhn Rikon, Cuisinart, Waterford and Wedgwood.  We strive to provide only the finest of each type of culinary product to meet your high standards.  We choose products that meet only the strictest standards of quality and function from the first names in cooking, serving and entertaining.  Our goal is to showcase the finest items at exceptional values.

Emails and phone messages are answered on a first come first served basis.  During the holiday rush, we ask you to be patient with any delays.   Culinary Kingdom will answer your questions in a timely basis, but we ask you to first read our FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) and About Us pages.  Many of your questions will be answered here or on the FAQ's page.  We are here to do our best to insure your satisfaction and excellent culinary experience with ourproducts.  Culinary Kingdom is a division of DrewMCA, Enterprises, Inc.  

Ordering -
Please check your final order for the accuracy of your name, address, phone, email, quantity and item ordered.  Any errors will delay your order.  

Secure Website - Most orders are placed via the secure website at Culinary Kingdom.  Our shopping cart is secure and SSL encrypted.  This means your order information is scrambled into an unreadable code.  We also accept Paypal online.  Online Paypal payments should be addressedt to customerservice@culinarykingdom.com

Phone Order - We do take orders over the phone.  Call us Toll-Free 1-800-698-4085.  If operators are busy, leave a message, including best time to call and your  time zone.  We will return calls as soon as a representative is available.  

Mail Order - We also take orders by mail.  You must call to confirm your purchase by mail.  Call us Toll-Free 1-800-698-4085.  We are not resposible for payments lost in the mail.  Mail orders must be received in 7 days.  We cannot reserve items unless payment is sent by trackable Express Services.

Payment Methods -
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card, money order or cahshier's check.  Sorry, we cannot accept checks.   All custom orders are charged to your card the day the order is placed.    

Special Offerings -
Please check our website and ebay store often.  We will have many special or one time purchase items.  These are typically exceptional products at exceptional prices and when they are gone, they are gone!

Custom Orders -
Custom Orders are available for many  items.  We do not stock all items offered by All-Clad, Calphalon, Staub, Kuhn Rikon, Cuisinart, Warng, Waterford, Wedgwood and other manufacturers we deal with.  In some cases that would be practically impossible, however, we will accept orders for products we do not regularly stock.  Some manufacturers will customize the products they offer.  If there is an item you desire that is made by a manufacturer we showcase, call or email to ask about your custom order and get pricing, delivery and availability options.  If there is a kitchen related item you seek that is made by a manufacturer we do not show, please email us or call us Toll-Free 1-800-698-4085, and we may be able to help.  All custom orders must be prepaid.  Time frame for custom orders will vary from item to item and will be specified at the time of the order.  

Shipping Policy -
Most orders will be shipped the next business day.  In the rare instance, that your order does not ship in three (3) business days, we will email you.  We ship from the Southwest, so allow enough time for shipments to reach the East Coast, typically 5 business days.   We CANNOT guarantee delivery times on shipments.  Delivery times during the holidays may be longer, due to weather and increased package volume for the shipping carriers.  Shop early or make Express shipping arrangements.  Fed Ex does not deliver on holidays or weekends.  Saturday delivery MAY be available in some areas.  

Shipping Carriers and Restrictions -  Shipping is always FREE to the continental or "lower 48" United States via Fed Ex Ground.  Orders over $450 ship FREE to Hawaii and Alaska. For orders under $450, Hawaii and Alaska residents must email or call for shipping quotes and place orders via the phone.   Hawaii and Alaska shipments usually are shipped by Fed Ex Economy 2-Day Express and typically arrives in 3 business days.   We do not generally ship to PO or APO Boxes.  We do not ship most products out of the country or to U.S. Territories.  Please email or call BEFORE purchasing to make sure the item you want can be shipped to your address and what the extra shipping cost may be.

Expedited Shipping -   We will, of course, make every effort to meet your time sensitive needs for special dates like birthdays, anniverseries, wedding, Christmas and other holidays.  Depending on your zip code, Overnight, 2 or 3-Day Federal Express is available, but all services may not be offered to all zip codes.  Please email or call us for Express quotes.  Express shipping orders usually ship on the next business day.  Your phone number is required for Express service.  Fed Ex does not deliver on holidays or weekends.  Saturday delivery MAY be available in some areas.  While Federal Express shipments have a good "on-time" record, we are not responsible if they fail to meet their delivery time.  It is the buyer's  responsibility to supply accurate address and phone information.  Failure to do so may result in your shipment being delayed.  

Damaged Items -
If your order arrives damaged, contact us IMMEDIATELY.  You must report any damaged item within three (3) business days.  We will notify Fed Ex and set up a damage call tag to pick up the damaged item.  It is VITAL that you retain all original boxes,  packaging and packing materials (including corrugated cardboard seperators, styrofoam peanuts and/or bubble wrap) to expedite and insure your replacement or refund of that item.  We will replace or refund the item at our option.  Any deviation from this procedure may void your insurance protection on the item.  

Moneyback Guarantee -  
We offer a thirty (30) day moneyback guarantee on any item that has not been used or damaged in any way and that can be sold as new.  Follow  the Return Procedure below.  Custom orders cannot be returned for a refund unless they arrive damaged. After 30 days, items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty of
All-Clad, Calphalon, Staub, Kuhn Rikon, Cuisinart, Warng, Waterford, Wedgwood and other manufacturers we deal with.

Return Procedure - To return these items, simply call us and obtain an Return Authorization Number (RA#). Pack the unused and undamaged product(s) carefully in the same box and packaging materials  it was shipped to you.  All warranty cards and info must be included.  The item must be shipped insured for the purchase price.  The RA# must appear on the outside of all packages.  Items must be returned within five days of RA approval via USPO, UPS, RPS, Federal Express or any other courier that issues a tracking number.  Refunds will be given upon receipt and inspection of the products.  Items found to be in the original packaging, and in new, unused condition will be approved for refund.  Culinary Kingdom will issue a refund for the value of the product only.  We will not refund shipping or any other charges.

Cancellation -
You may cancel your order any time prior to shipment, unless it is a custom orrder.  You must notify us immediately, so that we do not ship your item,otherwise, you will be responsible for roundtrip shipping charges.  Custom orders cannot be cancelled, as we have placed them directly with the manufacturers.

Security -
The Culinary Kingdom website offers secure credit card payment through Authorize.Net.  Authorize.Net uses SSL encryption to be sure your credit card and personal information is safeguarded.  Your credit card information is not stored in our system.

Culinary Kingdom is concerned with keeping the information you submit to us secure and private. We want to provide you with a fast and easy purchase process. We can accept credit card payments and provide you with the safety and comfort you demand when ordering on the Internet. We offer you the advantage of placing your order online using secure servers and encryption. Your purchases, credit card information, and personal data are encrypted and secured through a link to our commerce server. During the completion of your order, you will be linked from our web pages to customized screens on our secure server. Your information is encrypted during its trip across the Internet to prohibit viewing by a third party.  

Privacy -
It is our policy not to release, sell or disseminate in any form, information gathered from this site about our customers. All personal information given to us will only be used by us for the purpose of assisting you, answering your questions and expediting your orders.
 

Errors & Omissions -
Culinary Kingdom makes every attempt to present its products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, we do not guarantee that all content of this site is complete, current or error-free. We are not responsible for or bound by any typographic, pricing errors or inaccurate information supplied to us.  

Terms -
We reserve the right to cancel an order and/or refund your purchase price at any time due to, but not limited to, acts of God, unforseen events, as well as, product shortages, damage or breakage, and difficulties associated with the credit card system.  We reserve the right to refuse orders or suspend operations of this site at any time, without notice.  We are not liable for manufacturers who do not honor their warranty or for any product failure.  We recommend that all products we sell be used only as the manufacturer advises and only by responsible adults.  This website and its contents are the sole property of Drew MCA Enterprises, Inc, except for copyrights and  trademarks of the products we offer for sale, which are owned by their respective manufacturers.
